Adding a supplier to your vendor list is a commitment. Here is what experienced procurement teams check before they do.
1. Vendor registration and compliance
Is the supplier CSD registered? Are they an approved vendor with the operators you work with? Bluelink is registered on the Central Supplier Database and approved with Eskom, Exxaro and Katlego.
2. Responsiveness
When a pump fails at 02:00, how fast can the supplier respond? A direct line to a decision maker beats a call centre every time.
3. Range
